This Privacy Policy describes Montgomery Disability Advocates policy for collecting and using data and consent through our website and other telecommunications methods including SMS.  All data will be protected to meet the duties and professional responsibility standards to safeguard attorney-client privileges. The use of any information collected is limited strictly for representing you and furthering your legal claims.

The website, emails and SMS messages are not intended for collecting personal identifying information.  Personal Identifying Information should be collected in person via live calls.  

The website, emails and SMS messages intend to collect only your name and contact information, including address, email address, phone numbers and scheduling preferences.

All data collected is stored in private secured systems.

3- Data Use:
The use for all data collected is limited strictly for direct communications with you, for representing you and for furthering your legal claims. None of the data will be shared for marketing purposes.

None of the information collected is shared with unauthorized third parties.  Authorized third parties include government agencies and medical institutions.

You have the right to: digital copies of the data, correct any of the data, to have your personal data deleted and to opt out of further data being collected.  If you ask to delete your data, a record of the deletion will be created with sufficient data to document your request for deletion, the deletion date and identification of what type of data was deleted.
